Note: The organization using LearnYour WorkLife, LLC ("Company") Services and receiving these Additional Notices is referred to as ("Client").
The privacy of our Client's data is a big deal to our Company.
Identity & access
When Client signs up for Company Services, Company asks for relevant Client information. That's just so Client or Company can personalize Client's new account, and Company can send Client invoices, updates, or other essential information. Company will never sell Client info to third parties, and Company won't use Client's name in marketing statements without Client's permission, either.
When Client calls, writes, or emails Company with a question or to ask for help, Company will keep that correspondence, and the email address, for future reference. When Client browses our pages, Company will track that for statistical purposes (like conversion rates and to test new designs). We also store any information Client volunteers, like surveys, for as long as it makes sense.
The only times Company will ever share Client's info:
Law enforcement
LearnYour WorkLife won't hand your data over to law enforcement unless a court order says we have to. We flat-out reject requests from local and federal law enforcement when they seek data without a court order. And unless we're legally prevented from it, we'll always inform Client when such requests are made.
Deleted data
When Client cancels Client's account, we'll ensure that nothing is stored on our servers past 90 days. Anything you delete on your account while it's active will also be purged within 90 days.
Changes & questions
LearnYour WorkLife may update this policy- we'll notify Client about significant changes by emailing the account owner or by placing a prominent notice on our sites or Service.
We protect Client data.
All data is written to multiple disks instantly, backed up daily, and stored in multiple locations.

If Client's billing address is in Minnesota, Client may have to pay a tax when Client pays for LearnYour WorkLife Services. Here's why:
Some state or local governments impose taxes on Internet-based software, and LearnYour WorkLife complies by collecting taxes on their behalf. The exact amount Client is taxed depends on the rates determined by your local government. 100% of the taxes we collect are remitted to the taxing authority.
Have questions about taxes, or anything else about your bill? Just contact us and we'll get back to you right away.
LearnYour WorkLife accounts are licensed by organizations. Organizations assign administrators. When organizations create a LearnYour WorkLife account, they license it, but they assign administrators. Account administrators are the only people who can access and have administrative control of LearnYour WorkLife Services.
LearnYour WorkLife Services can have multiple administrators. We recommend designating administrators you trust, so that updates can be made to the account. Our legal responsibility is to the account licensee(s).
What happens when none of the current account administrators are available?
It happens - people switch jobs, get laid off, go on extended leave - the account administrator(s) may be unavailable for any number of reasons. Still, our obligation is to the account owner. That means we're unable to add new administrators to the account without permission from current, active administrators or executives of owner we deem have appropriate authority.
In the event of non-payment and pending or current cancellation, we will contact active administrators or executives of owner we deem have appropriate authority.
